Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds unless the food product is received in a damaged condition or is different from what was ordered. To request a refund, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details. Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:

  • Product received in damaged condition
  • Wrong product delivered
  • Product significantly different from description
